SO15 Removals and local delivery of large items August 2022

Alan was asked to move our furniture and belongings from a first floor flat in one block, across the gardens to a second floor flat in neighbouring block. No lifts in either block, just stairs ! On top of all that they were asked to deliver a shelving unit, a double bed and a leather sofa to three separate addresses in the local area. Alan and his team arrived on time and simply got on with the job, exactly as they had done in the previous two times I have used them. Very efficient, very polite, very reasonably priced. Highly rated. Thanks Alan.

Alan and his team were brilliant helping me move yesterday. They dismantled furniture, took TVs off walls and moved everything into storage. They worked so quickly and efficiently- very impressive especially in the middle of a heatwave. Very friendly helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

Great service from these guys moving us from Southampton to Romsey they where

on time and quick to respond a good price and made moving day very easy.

they packed up our stuff moved us and put the furniture to the other end. They even came back the next day to finish putting the furniture up as had run out of time due to some issues with the solicitors.

House moving is stressful at the best of times. It’s fair to say that they/we underestimated the amount of garden furniture and plants by quite a bit. However, there was no complaining or groaning, they literally just got on with it. We had smaller vans, which meant a few more trips were required. As we were moving locally, this was not a problem, and again, they just got on with it. A very long, busy, exhausting day for the four guys who moved us. Would I recommend them YES, will I use them again YES. Nice guys, hard working and reliable.

AST are amazing! They were the first company to get back to us regarding a quote and also gave us a very reasonable quote. They are very good with communication and always quickly replied to emails, especially when our completion date kept changing. On moving day, they could not do enough to help us. They looked after our possessions really well and I was impressed that they wrapped the TV and mattresses up for us. We also have a 180 litre fish tank which was moved safely with no fuss! Would highly recommend AST.

I would definitely recommend AST to anyone. We moved from a very awkward, three storey town house that we had massively outgrown, with a great deal of flat packed furniture that couldn't fit out of the house and very difficult stairs, and I can't begin to say what utter life savers AST were. From moving heavy plant pots from a roof garden to dis- and re-assembling our furniture, waste removal and even helping us pack what we'd fallen behind doing. It was a full day and a half work and they stayed helpful and cheerful throughout despite the ridiculous amount of work. Have already recommended to friends!

They went above and beyond the original parameters of the job when quoted for the work, but they even agreed to keep with the original price they quoted.
